Who is responsible?
Jonas Weko is the controller for data processing related to this website. You can contact him at jonasweko@hotmail.com. Information about the website publisher and hosting is provided in the legal notice.
Analytics with your consent
Once you accept, the website uses Umami, hosted on the project’s OVHcloud server, to count visits and identify pages viewed, referring websites and clicks to contact links, the CV or service categories. These analytics help understand how the website is used and improve its presentation. They are based on your consent.
No analytics events are transmitted before you consent, after you refuse or after you withdraw your consent. Your browser’s DNT and GPC privacy signals also disable analytics.
What data is used?
Statistics cover the pages visited, date and time, referring domain, language, browser and device category, approximate location inferred from the IP address, and the click categories described above. The IP address received by the server is used in the technical processing of the visit and in Umami’s creation of pseudonymous identifiers. These identifiers are neither your name nor your email address.
The website does not send the content of your messages, free-text URL parameters or fragments, or your email address to analytics. It does not use advertising tracking, session recordings, heatmaps or identifiers designed to track you across websites. Dashboard access is restricted to people authorised to administer the website.
Your choice is saved
The browser saves only your acceptance or refusal and its date in local storage named jw-audience-choice, for up to six months. This storage is used to respect your choice and avoid asking you again on each page. It contains no visitor identifier.
If local storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current page. No analytics run without JavaScript.
Retention period
Analytics data is deleted from the dashboard after a maximum of thirteen months. Copies may remain in encrypted backups subject to a six-month rotation. Withdrawing consent stops future collection; it does not automatically delete statistics already recorded.
Email correspondence and external websites
The contact link opens your email application; the website has no contact form. Information you send by email is processed by Jonas Weko to respond to your request and, where applicable, prepare a service. Your email application and the recipient’s email service are involved in this exchange.
LinkedIn, Notion, institutional websites and photography sources are accessible through external links. Their own policies apply when you open them. They are not embedded as active content in the website’s pages; images and fonts are served locally.
Your rights and questions
You may request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of your personal data and, where the applicable conditions are met, exercise your right to data portability or your right to object. You may withdraw your analytics consent at any time using the button above or the “Manage analytics” link at the bottom of every page.
Send your request to jonasweko@hotmail.com. The statistics use pseudonymous identifiers: without information that allows your data to be found, it may be impossible to link it to an individual. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
